Are you a naturally helpful person who thrives on organisation? We are a boutique, 100% Australian-owned specialist in ergonomic workplace solutions. We are looking for a Showroom Consultant & Administrator who is passionate about wellness and operational precision.

This is not a sales role. Our business is built on expert, consultative advice and the seamless administrative processing of orders that help our clients work without pain.

The Role

This is a dual-focus position that keeps your days varied and engaging. You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the face of the brand by providing "real people" advice to showroom guests.
  • Helping clients understand how our tested ergonomic products can improve their health and productivity.
  • Processing online and showroom orders with a high level of data entry accuracy.
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure our customers receive their products on time.
  • Managing professional correspondence via phone and email to troubleshoot inquiries.
  • Maintaining our high standard of customer care and showroom presentation.

About You

You don’t need to be an ergonomics expert, we will provide full training. We value soft skills and reliability above all else, making this an ideal step for someone coming from hospitality management, premium retail, or a professional office environment.

  • You have a strong background in face to face customer service and back end office administration.
  • You are a great listener who wants to help people solve their physical discomfort
  • You take real ownership of your workspace and appreciate the stability of a long-standing business.
  • You are comfortable using standard office software and are quick to learn new systems.
